All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by hand.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During new product launches or busy periods, processing time may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer flat rate shipping within the United States for $4.99. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

After your order has shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact your local post office first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help.
